Revenue Stamps, Second Issue
Documentary Stamps

The Second Issue Revenue stamps were printed on a patented 'chameleon' paper to prevent fraudulent
cleaning and re-use. The paper is usually pink or violet with silk fibers. The designs are different from
the first issue, but are the same size. These stamps were used to tax documents.

We have recently acquited a high-end collection of Revenue Stamps
Look carefully to see some unique offerings. For instance, the first, scecond
and third revenue issues are not listed as mint. We have them!!
They are priced to sell!
